Institutional Zoning
Staff will continue the discussion on development of a new "Institutional" zoning/land use designation. A staff memo and two options for potential draft amendments to the PF (Public Facilities) code and land use designation criteria are attached. Staff anticipates this will be the final work session on this topic, moving toward a February 22, 2017 public hearing.
