Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract, as approved by the City Attorney, with BERK Consulting, Inc and Fehr & Peers in the amount of $79,500 to conduct a downtown planned action Environmental Impact Statement

Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract, as approved by the City Attorney, with BHC Consultants in an amount not to exceed $78,285 for the design of the 7th Ave NW Alley and the 6th Ave NW Alley Sewer Replacement Projects, and amend the budget as appropriate

PUBLIC HEARINGS

7.I.

Conduct a public hearing and then suspend the rules and conduct first and final reading of an ordinance and accompanying findings of fact renewing a moratorium that temporarily prohibits the operation of drop-in centers and emergency shelters that provide social services to persons experiencing homelessness.

First reading of an ordinance regarding a privately-initiated Municipal Code (zoning) amendment related to the allowable quantity of detached accessory buildings on RS (single-family residential)-zoned lots

RESOLUTIONS

Adopt a resolution approving the final plat of Phase 3 and 4 of the Stewart Crossing Subdivision and authorizing the mayor to sign the final plat
