Pre-App: 312 N Meridian

The Planning Division has received a request for a pre-application design review for alterations to a locally listed historic structure. The Knight Building is located at 300 North Meridian; the applicant is proposing exterior modifications to the tenant space addressed as 312 N Meridian. Staff will present this application to the Board for initial feedback, prior to formal consideration of the proposal for a Certificate of Appropriateness. More information can be reviewed in the attached application materials and standards.

Downtown Design Guidelines Update

Staff will present a proposed strategy for updating the City's Downtown Design Guidelines; please see the attached staff memo for more information. The Guidelines will also be reviewed to provide direction for the update. Please bring your copy of the guidelines for reference during discussion.
