Please join us Thursday, October 19th from 6-8pm for a reception to welcome new businesses to our downtown community. This month marks our 15th year in our current location which we consider to be "Home". Johnson Jewelers was located on Meridian (1936-1948 at 107 N Meridian, 1948-1971 at 109 S Meridian) before leaving the downtown core for the then-new Valley Plaza shopping mall on E. Main in 1970. We gratefully returned in October 2002 and now would love to celebrate by welcoming those businesses who have recently decided to invest in our beautiful downtown. We love this vibrant community and invite you to come celebrate it with us! Serving beverages, hors d'oeuvres.

Saturday, Oct 21st, members of the Puyallup Police Department will be serving as "Celebrity Waiters" at Red Robin to raise money and awareness for Special Olympics athletes in our community.
In a time where the media is so focused on the negative interaction with police, events like this serve as a positive reminder to our community that law enforcement cares about its cities and citizens -- regardless of their intellectual abilities or disabilities.
Puyallup is one of the 39 Red Robin locations participating Saturday, Oct 21st - 11am-2pm & 5pm-9pm.
This event is part of the Law Enforcement Torch Run campaign -- an organization created by police officers to help Special Olympic athletes.
Those interested in learning more about how law enforcement officers around the world raised over $57,000,000 in 2016, can visit the Law Enforcement Torch Run website: www.letr.org
