Puyallup has a rich history of arts and culture. Since its founding, the community prides itself on the various non-profit organizations that champion the history and legacy of promoting artistic expression. Learn more about these organizations below.

The Puyallup Main Street Association (PMSA) hosts an annual Art & Wine Walk in addition to the Meeker Days Art and Music Festival, Pierce County's largest street festival. The PMSA also organizes Puyallup's popular Farmer's Market and the city's yearly Lighted Santa Parade.
Washington State Fairgrounds
The Washington State Fair showcases both emerging and established artists in a variety of shows, demonstrations and exhibits. These include a junior and senior high school art show which features over 1,000 pieces of art, an Asia-Pacific Cultural Center Day, the work of regional and international photographers, a floral exhibit and a fine arts show.
Daffodil Parade
The historical Daffodil Festival culminates in a large, community-beloved parade through the streets of Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner and Orting. Floats are adorned with thousands of fresh-cut daffodils in homage to our region's agricultural roots.
Arts Downtown
Arts Downtown is an all-volunteer organization which curates Puyallup's outdoor art gallery and works to promote appreciation for the arts and how these enhance our community's quality of life.
Karshner Museum and Center for Culture & Arts
The Karshner Museum is a hands-on learning museum owned and operated by the Puyallup School District. The museum hosts field trips and a wide variety of public culture and arts festivals.
Fred Oldfield Western Heritage & Art Center
Located at the Washington State Fairgrounds, the Fred Oldfield Center strives to offer a creative outlet for those interested to pursue or simply just enjoy the Western lifestyle and its heritage through art.
Meeker Mansion
The Puyallup Historical Society at Meeker Mansion is dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of our region and especially of the City of Puyallup, which was incorporated in 1890 with Ezra Meeker serving as its first mayor.
Additional Organizations
Puyallup Children's Theatre & Music Academy
The Puyallup Children's Theatre & Music Academy aims to help children grow in their theatrical, music and dance skills. It offers a non-competitive environment where students can build confidence in a positive and constructive learning atmosphere.
Puyallup Valley Community Band
The Puyallup Valley Community Band was established in 1990. This all-volunteer group of musicians gears its performances to entertain audience members of all ages, and its concerts are always free of charge.
All Saints Theatrical Repertoire Association (ASTRA)
ASTRA is a parish ministry of All Saints Catholic Church whose mission is to share gifts of time, talent and fellowship through its support of artists and thespians.
