Requirements
- A completed and signed permit application (PDF)
- 3 copies of a site plan drawn to scale indicating the property lines and dimensions:
- Existing structures
- Proposed location of the new structure and setbacks from the foundation to the property lines
- The site plan should also indicate any easements on the subject property, septic and/or utility lines
- 2 sets of complete construction drawings
- Current City of Puyallup Business License
Demolition of Single Family Residence or Detached Accessory Building Over 120 Square Feet
- A completed and signed demolition application.
- 3 copies of a site plan drawn to scale indicating the property lines and dimensions:
- Existing structures
- Proposed location of the new structure and setbacks from the foundation to the property lines
- The site plan should also indicate any easements on the subject property, septic and/or utility lines
- Asbestos Puget Sound Clean Air Agency notification receipt
- Current City of Puyallup Business License
Interior Remodel of a Single Family Residence
- A completed and signed permit application (PDF)
- 2 sets of complete construction drawings
- Current City of Puyallup Business License
New Detached Accessory Building Over 200 Square Feet
- A completed and signed permit application (PDF)
