The City of Puyallup Streets Division and Puget Sound Energy (PSE) maintain almost 2000 streetlights in Puyallup. These lights help promote safety and security in public areas, so if you see a streetlight that is out or not working properly, please inform us as soon as possible.
Here is the information you will need to report a light that is out:
- Your name
- Your address
- Phone number
- Address of street light out
- What type of pole is the light on - Wood, Metal, or Concrete?
The City and PSE have a goal to complete simple repairs within three business days. However, an extensive project that may require external procurement of hardware can take two to three weeks for completion.
Thank you for reporting streetlight problems!
