We have an excessive heat warning for our region starting today, August 11, through Saturday, August 14. Temperatures are expected to climb into the 90s. The Puyallup Public Library will serve as a cooling center during this timeframe. The Library's hours are:
Wednesday & Thursday: 9 AM to 7 PM
Friday & Saturday: 9 AM to 5 PM
In addition to the Library, citizens can find relief at the South Hill Mall. The Mall is open from 10 AM to 9 PM, Wednesday through Saturday.
