NOTICE
CITY OF PUYALLUP
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is given that the Puyallup City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider a resolution for a minor plat alteration associated with Lot 21 of the approved Final Plat of Fruitland View Estates.
This minor plat alteration consists of widening a driveway shared between Lot 20 and Lot 21 an additional 5-feet, from 20-feet to 25-feet, with a corresponding 5-foot reduction in the 1-foot no access easement on Lot 21 as shown on the original plat. The proposed alteration does not change the number of lots, existing uses, or the conditions of the original plat.
The hearing will be conducted during the City Council meeting on Tuesday,
May 1, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers located on the fifth floor of Puyallup City Hall.
