In the interest of public health considerations surrounding Covid-19, the Puyallup City Council Study Session on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, has been cancelled. The City Council wants to ensure that City staff and resources are fully allocated to maintaining City operations and to the City’s response to Covid-19. Study Sessions are not regular City Council meetings, are added for the sake of having more meeting capacity, and for the purpose of allowing the City Council to study upcoming items. The Council does not typically conduct regular duties at these meetings such as approving contracts, voting on ordinances, etc. The Council scheduled additional Study Sessions for this year, and this cancellation will not impact future meeting capacity.
