The preliminary DNS for the above referenced permit number – P-16-0033. This is a non-project SEPA action for proposed amendments to the Puyallup Municipal Code relating to the 2016 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) for Low Impact Development (LID). Comments on this preliminary DNS must be submitted within 14 days or by 5:00 p.m. on June 8, 2016, to the Responsible Official at City of Puyallup Development Services Center, 333 South Meridian, Puyallup, WA 98371. Contact Kendall Wals, Associate Planner, at (253) 841-5462 or by responding to this email with questions about the proposed code amendments. Appeals must be received by 5:00 pm on June 22, 2016. This determination will become final if no formal appeals are filed and/or reconsideration requests are made by the expiration dates listed above.
