PAYMENT PLAN AND/OR FINE REDUCTION REQUEST

    • thirty days (30) days from the date that you received your infraction or 
    • thirty-three (33) days if ticket was mailed by the court.

  6. STATEMENT OF DEFENDANT:

    I am the defendant in the above case(s) and admit responsibility for the infraction.  I understand that:

    • I am requesting a time pay agreement. 
    • I agree to pay $50/month until case(s) paid in full or 
      • see below to request a fine reduction or to request lower monthly payments.
    • If my case(s) is a traffic infraction then an additional fee of $10 will be added to the current balance to each traffic infraction case.
    • FAILURE TO PAY may result in my account being referred to a collection agency and I will be liable for any and all collection costs.  
      • If my case involves a traffic matter, additional penalties may be added and the Department of Licensing will be notified. 
      • If my ticket is a parking ticket or photo infraction, Department of Motor Vehicles may be notified and a hold placed on the renewal of your vehicle tabs.


  7. Some charges may be eligible for a reduction, you may view these here, if you believe you qualify then you may submit supporting documentation with this request.  

  8. Case in Collections

    DO NOT use this form if your case is in collections, you MUST submit a SHOW CAUSE form for judicial consideration.

  9. Electronic Signature Agreement*

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.

    An email response will be sent with terms of your time pay agreement, please contact the court at (253) 841-5450 if you do not receive an email response within 3-5 business days or need the time pay agreement mailed.
